Construction Supervisor (Oil & Gas)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at PT Pacific Process Engineering (in Oil & Gas Industry).

Job Descriptions

1. Supervise and monitor all aspects of construction work, including planning, scheduling, and project execution.
2. Lead toolbox meetings at the site.
3. Handle productivity and workload of civil, mechanical, and piping works.
4. Coordinate and guide the construction team, including craftsmen, technicians, and subcontractors.
5. Collaborate with vendors and report to clients.
6. Identify and resolve construction problems in a timely manner.
7. Prepare regular progress reports and problem reports to superiors.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
9. Perform other duties within the department.

Qualifications

1. Hold a D3/S1 degree in related field.
2. Have at least 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor in Oil & Gas Industry.
3. Understand technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
4. Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
6. Willing to work at the project site in Cilamaya.
