Comprehensive Platform Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Comprehensive Platform Operations Manager to lead our platform operations, drive user growth, and optimize content strategies. This role requires strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on campaign execution to enhance platform performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Platform Strategy & Market Analysis:

  1. Conduct quarterly market research on trends, competitors, and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.

  2. Develop 1-3 year operational roadmaps and implement cost-control measures to optimize expenses by 5-10% annually.

2. User Growth & Retention:

  1. Execute at least two user acquisition campaigns per month, leveraging A/B testing to reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC) by 10-15%.

  2. Develop tiered user engagement systems and analyze activity data to boost monthly active users (MAU) by 15-20%.

  3. Implement churn prediction models and deploy reactivation strategies to improve retention rates.

3. Content Strategy & Ecosystem Development:

  1. Define annual content strategy and launch thematic content series to align with platform positioning.

  2. Manage internal and external content creators, enforcing quality standards and optimizing recommendation algorithms to improve content exposure.

4. Campaign Management:

  1. Plan and execute major online and offline events, ensuring high participation and conversion rates.

  2. Deliver post-campaign performance reports and iterate strategies to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years in digital platform operations, including 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably in e-commerce or entertainment platforms.

  2. Proven track record in user growth, content branding, and large-scale campaign execution.

  3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python.

  4. Hands-on experience with content strategy, user engagement, and campaign management.

  5. Ability to adapt to emerging trends like short-video marketing and private traffic strategies.

Performance Metrics

  1. Reduce operational expenses by 5-10% annually.

  2. Improve CAC efficiency by 10-15% and increase MAU by 15-20%.

  3. Enhance content exposure by 20-30% and user satisfaction by 15-20%.

  4. Achieve 10-15% growth in campaign participation and conversion rates.
