Formulating and ensuring the regulations and procedures of the Company in accordance with statutory provisions and other binding regulations, while coordinating with Management and all relevant parties.
Providing legal opinions, both orally and in writing, to all relevant parties for any legal conditions encountered to provide appropriate handling and resolution.
Conducting Legal Compliance call legal aspects of the Company's action plans that will be launched by the Company or other related units to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with applicable provisions and authorities.
Monitoring developments and providing input to the Board of Directors on compliance with legislation and regulations to ensure implementation in line with industry standards in the insurance industry and other applicable regulations.
Providing input and opinions to the Board of Directors on the implementation of GCG to maintain company compliance and minimize emerging risks in the future.
Monitoring the validity period of all company licensing documents to ensure that all necessary licensing documents required by the Company are available and valid.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Law.
At least 3 years of experience in Compliance Specialist roles, with experience in an insurance company being a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions to compliance-related issues.
Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, including compliance requirements from OJK, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and data protection laws.
Ability to handle multiple compliance projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
