The Compliance team, as part of the second line of defense under the President Director's Office, ensures compliance with prevailing regulations while maintaining business needs and goals. We work closely with internal teams and external parties such as regulators and auditors.
Get to know the Role:
The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate and coordinate well across different teams and personalities, especially in conveying regulations, providing assessments of new initiatives against regulations, and conducting thorough risk-based assessments. Strategic advice and a deep understanding of financial services regulation, mainly on P2P lending and its applicability, are essential. You will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta.
