Job Description

• Ensure full compliance with health insurance regulations, government mandates, and internal policies. Maintain a robust compliance framework in line with OJK, and other regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee risk assessments, monitor compliance risks, and lead proactive measures to address vulnerabilities.
• Establish and update policies, procedures, and training programs to foster a strong compliance culture across the organization.
• Lead regulatory filings, audits, and reporting to ensure timely and accurate submissions to authorities.
• Supervise internal audits, investigations, and corrective actions related to compliance breaches or fraud.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, legal teams, and internal departments to drive compliance initiatives.
• Lead compliance training programs for employees, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
• Oversee AML frameworks, conduct fraud risk assessments, and implement controls to prevent financial crimes.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management within the health insurance industry.
• Proven track record in leading compliance teams and managing regulatory relationships.
• Strong understanding of OJK, BPJS, AML, and international compliance frameworks (IFRS, FATCA, etc.).
• Experience in corporate governance, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
