Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation & benefit and rewards management
At least 2 years of managerial experience
Strong knowledge of payroll management, including salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulatory requirements
Expertise in benefits administration and compensation processes, with experience in handling health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
Bachelor's degree in any field
Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Sunfish is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for creating reports, performing data analysis, and ensuring data accuracy
Willing to work at Samora Group Head Office (Central Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment while complying with tax laws, Social Security, and other regulations
Review payroll data, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions, and create reports and analyses as needed
Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance and retirement plans, working with vendors to administer benefit plans
Support compensation strategy development to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness, and assist with the annual salary review and benchmarking
Monitor and recommend improvements to compensation and rewards programs to enhance effectiveness and alignment with HR initiatives
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and compensation inquiries
