Maintain salary structures that align with performance management and company goals and industry benchmarks.
Check and supervise all compensation and benefit calculations and payments either monthly, annually, or quarterly, i.e., salary, income tax, overtime, bonuses, or business trip to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare Statement Letters (SK) for employees who have adjustments in salary & benefits (allowances, etc.) due to relocation, promotion, etc.
Check and control all insurance renewals (related to employees) to ensure they are completed on-time (including BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan).
Develop and implement People & Culture policies.
Develop strategies and programs that enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction to foster a positive workplace culture.
Address employee complaints, grievances, and disputes by facilitating mediation and conflict resolution to ensure fair treatment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll administration, and employee relations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and BPJS requirements.
Previous experience in F&B or food manufacturing is a plus.
