Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Calculating payroll for all employees (Head Office and Crew) and employee income tax (PPh 21).
  2. Handling all employee documents for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  3. Responsible for calculating employee allowances.
  4. Preparing employee contracts.
  5. Creating salary budgets and payroll reports.
  6. Addressing all employee questions about compensation and benefits.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  3. Experience in tax calculations (PPh 21 TER) is essential.
  4. Skilled in developing salary structures.
  5. Detail-oriented.
  6. Proficient in Excel.
