Job Description:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and expand market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current and emerging market trends, coordinating activities to capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Lead the development of annual Marketing Plans, budgets, and forecasts to align with organizational objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Conceptualize and execute impactful communication and campaign programs to effectively showcase our brand and products.
  • Digital Channel Optimization: Oversee all digital channels, including the website, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
  • Content Development: Set standards for copywriting across marketing assets, collaborating with photographers and videographers to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with marketing vendors, overseeing promotional activities and event coordination while ensuring efficient communication and administration.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the marketing department, guiding team members to achieve project goals within budgetary constraints.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing Management, Communication, or Public Relations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing or social media.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and audience insights.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
