The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a telephone operator, front office staff, or customer service representative (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of hotel or villa operations.
• Proficiency in computer and telecommunication systems.
