We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communication Host/Telephone Operator who is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing calls, handling guest requests efficiently, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and different villa departments. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls.
• Handle guest requests efficiently.
• Ensure smooth communication between guests and different villa departments.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a telephone operator, front office staff, or customer service representative (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of hotel or villa operations.
• Proficiency in computer and telecommunication systems.
