Commis - Kitchen

Cap Karoso, a beach resort & farm located in Southwest Sumba (Nusa Tenggara Timur), equipped with 44 rooms and 20 villas and a three-hectare organic farm. Cap Karoso itself is surrounded by miles and miles of a wild beach and a few sparse traditional villages.

We are looking for Commis - Kitchen with the following requirements:

1. Indonesian citizenship
2. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
3. Experience working in a 5-star hotel/luxury brand/restaurant
4. Knowledge in food preparation, hygiene, and teamwork
5. Flexibility with schedule, good attitude, and enthusiasm to learn
6. Self-motivated and ability to communicate effectively in English
