Highlight:

This role is for the completion of all commercial/financial related matters of several customer projects (category S). Furthermore, collaborating with the respective Project Manager/ Bid Manager in all other areas with the objective of preparing the bid/ executing the project according to the defined Project Management (PM) standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines.

You’ll create impact by:

1. Drives own empowerment (e.g. get project target agreement, signature rights)
2. Manages and optimizes targeted financial results of the projects (e.g. project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments)
3. Acts as owner for several simultaneous projects

Manage projects throughout the project Life Cycle as following:

1. Actively manages all relevant commercial and financial topics in execution phase
2. Ensures an adequate handover phase, analyzes customer’s requirements, examines their commercial and contractual feasibility and transferability.
3. Ensures examination by Legal and involves legal if needed.
4. Guides and agrees with involved team members (onshore, offshore, site, etc) on all commercial topics
5. Coordinates financial planning of Multi-Category S projects together with PM/Bid Managers
6. Collaborates with PM/ Bid Managers in identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities and response activities
7. Ensures the adherence to internal controls
8. Implements applicable tax concept and ensures synchronization of contract structure therewith
9. Regularly performs lessons learned activities on commercial aspects and feeds results into own project lessons learned activities and into own organization

Manage customer requirements:

1. Actively gathers information on custom, requirements and targets regarding commercial aspects
2. Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages resolution of commercial issues
3. Manages customer expectations together with PM

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
2. At least 5 years’ experience in commercial management of cross-organizational projects.
3. Additional 1 year intercultural working experience
4. Proficiency in financial analysis, contract management, and risk management.
5. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
6. English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiencies
