As a Collection Strategy Intern, you'll gain firsthand experience in developing and implementing strategies that drive recovery and minimize losses. You'll contribute to data-driven decision making, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities:
Strategy Support. Assist in the research and documentation of current collection strategies. Help prepare presentations and reports that summarize collection strategy performance and recommendations.
Data Analysis. Assist in collecting and organizing data from various sources for analysis. Support the team in conducting basic data analysis, such as identifying trends in delinquency rates or customer segments.
Performance Monitoring. Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collection strategies. Assist in the preparation of performance reports for senior management, ensuring data accuracy and clear presentation.
Requirements:
Penultimate year undergraduate students who are available to work full-time for at least 3 months.
Must demonstrate a track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities.
Demonstrate a combination of strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus.
Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communications skills.
