Collection Agent

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decision. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct calling to customers by phone according to target assignment.
2. Implement code of conduct in collection activity.
3. Remind customers to make payment before the due date.
4. Provide information to customers accurately and clearly.
5. Inform supervisor or manager to investigate suspected/fraud accounts.

Requirements:

1. Diploma 3/Diploma 4/Strata 1.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Capable of operating a computer.
4. Highly motivated and capable of working in a team.
