Collaboration Architect Microsoft 365

The Collaboration Architect Specialist is responsible for enhancing and managing telephony systems to align with current technological standards and organizational needs. This role involves analyzing existing system limitations, assessing product functionality, and gathering insights from customer feedback and support tickets to identify key areas for improvement.

Job Description:

1. Identifying issues and constraints of existing telephony system.
2. Identifying the function of a product that is still relevant to technological developments.
3. Mapping problems based on issues, helpdesk ticket reports and input from customers.
4. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) on a product based on the design.
5. Collaboration with vendor, provider, and Principal of telephony system.
6. Determine technical standards for a telephony system.
7. Prepare an implementation template for a telephony system.
8. Prepare operating instructions for a telephony system.
9. Monitoring during implementation and after implementation before being handed over to the operations.
10. Prepare technical document.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
• Minimum 3+ years of strong experience working in a dynamic product management role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products (Microsoft Teams and Voice Appliance related)
• Excellence in communication and presentation skills
• Highly effective cross-functional team coordination
• Will be plus if having certification in Microsoft Teams, VPN S2S, or VPN Client
