Description

This is a full-time Coffee Processing Supervisor role located in Bandung. The Coffee Processing Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day coffee processing operations, ensure quality control, and maintain production schedules.

Responsibilities

1. Manage storage and inventory
2. Operate machineries and equipment for coffee processing
3. Measure output and reduce inefficiencies
4. Conduct proper equipment maintenance and quality control

Qualifications

1. Diploma (D3) or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. 2+ years experience in machinery and equipment operations
3. (Preferred) Prior experience in coffee or food production
