Co-Founder – Growth

Foosh is a startup on a mission to reduce food waste in Indonesia. We help cafés, bakeries, and small shops sell their unsold meals through a Surprise Box app. Customers get great food at a lower price. Businesses cut waste and earn more.

We’re getting ready to launch — and we’re looking for a growth-driven co-founder to lead direction, strategy, and scale the movement with us.

We currently have 2 amazing people in our growth team (content + ops) — you’ll work directly with them and take the lead.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead all things growth — both sides: user & merchant
2. Manage and mentor our 2-person early growth team
3. Build and execute creative campaigns to grow user demand
4. Hack traction through social, referrals, creator collabs, and WhatsApp loops
5. Test, learn, and optimize: waitlist growth, user engagement, box conversion
6. Help shape the early brand, positioning, and community culture
7. Collaborate directly with the founder and product team

What We’re Looking For

1. You’ve grown products, communities, or brands from scratch
2. Smart, creative, resourceful — you get things done with little budget
3. Understand how to move fast using no-code tools, automation, and distribution hacks
4. Fluent in IG, TikTok, WA, and the culture of sharing
5. Bonus: experience in DTC, F&B, marketplaces, or social impact projects
