CNC & CAM Technician

Job Description:

• Operate CNC machine for mold manufacturing with coordination from CAM.
• Ensure that all CNC machine preventive maintenance is completed.
• Collect and summarize daily activity for CAM/CNC report based on weekly schedule.
• Report daily activity to the leader including time tracker report based on weekly schedule.
• Implement S at CAM/CNC area.
• Create and implement Kaizen (Idea and Report).
• Support problem-solving at CAM and CNC.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic in Mold Manufacture
• Experience in CNC machine milling operating systems or as a CNC EDM Technician (for Mazak, Fanuc, Mikron machines, and Heidenheim controller)
• Knowledge of measurement instruments and the ability to read drawings
• Must understand 2D and 3D drawings for CNC EDM technical roles
• Understanding of EDM Machine Agie Charmilles preferred, for CNC EDM technical roles
• Able to communicate with injection staff and mold designers to provide ideas and conclusions for CNC EDM technical roles
