Job Summary:

As a Sales Revenue Manager at OXO Hospitality Management , you will play a critical role in maximizing the revenue potential of our diverse portfolio of properties. You will develop and implement pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and optimize inventory to ensure financial success. Reporting to the Director of OXO Hospitality Management, you will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to drive sustainable growth and maintain OXO's reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, occupancy, and profitability for OHM-managed properties.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and forecast demand patterns, adjusting pricing and inventory accordingly.
  • Implement and manage dynamic pricing models across all distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and promote packages and offers that align with business goals.
  • Prepare and present revenue performance reports to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain and update property management systems (PMS) and revenue management tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to revenue performance through strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in revenue management tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and online distribution channels (OTA, GDS, etc.).
  • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
