Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing content that enhances the property's brand image and promotes its services. This role involves designing marketing materials, digital content, and other visual assets to support the hotel's marketing and promotional activities.

1. Design Briefs: Study and analyze design briefs to determine project requirements.
2. Visual Conceptualization: Conceptualize and create visuals based on specified requirements.
3. Brand Adherence: Utilize appropriate colors, layouts, and typography for each graphic in line with brand guidelines.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to produce and refine final designs.
5. Feedback Integration: Amend designs based on constructive feedback from team members.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and maintain brand consistency.
7. Generating content for the brand's Social Media channels.

Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry. Demonstrated expertise through a strong portfolio with high-quality designs.
2. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite).
3. Proficiency in typography, color theory, and design principles to create impactful visuals.
4. Efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
6. Creative ability to overcome design challenges and deliver effective solutions.
7. Awareness of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into projects.
8. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of ambassadors.
9. Service-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
10. Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
11. Good presentation and influencing skills.
12. Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures.
13. Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
