Summary


Hyatt Regency Bali, a delightful beachfront hotel in Sanur built on nine hectares of lush tropical gardens. The beachfront resort is elegantly designed with a modern Balinese touch and overlooks the Indian Ocean.


Andaz Bali, modeled after a modern Balinese village, invites guests to discover the fascinating old and new. The beachfront resort is carefully built around an existing mature landscape, lending it a homey and lush ambiance, much like Sanur itself.

As Chef De Partie Bakery, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Baker and Sous Chef Bakery for the smooth operations of daily bakery production for Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali.


Qualifications


This position is only for Indonesian.


  1. A minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury hotel environment
  2. Proficient in overseeing the maintenance of bakery kitchen and food safety standards
  3. Passionate about creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
  4. Creative, innovative, and attentive to detail
  5. A team player, invested in the bigger picture and passionate about being part of a high-performing team
