Club Manager (Surabaya)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage the overall Club business and team to deliver specific KPIs & budgets
• Take overall responsibility for attracting, recruiting, developing, retaining and engaging the right people at club level to deliver business results
• Manage the day to day operations of the Club ensuring the Club delivers operating excellence
• Ensure the delivery of an excellent member service
• Develop the business actively by building strong relationships with members and identifying new business opportunities
• Provide strong leadership which role models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintains high personal visibility within the Club

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as General Manager/Club Manager or 5 years experience as Sales Manager/Fitness Manager in the gym industry
• Good leadership skills with a successful track record of developing people and spotting talent
• Excellent knowledge of industry and operational challenges
• Able to deliver real improvement – strong influencing skills
• Good communication skills with all levels of the business
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English as well as in Bahasa
• Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams
