Develop Enterprise Cloud solutions, lead delivery teams in customer workshops, and coordinate with multiple partners in the client hierarchy to engage, understand, and articulate requirements to create solutions. Expertise in one or more Public Cloud provider technologies is required, with the ability to embed these capabilities into existing or new cloud-based infrastructure and platform solutions.

As a cloud architect, you will engage with clients to define and design the cloud technology architecture and solution architecture. You will also define application and IT architecture focusing on mapping business requirements to IT capabilities and align the same.

The focus is to define the integrations between applications, data, and technology in the enterprise and the transitional processes necessary for migration and modernization to cloud-based architecture, which includes APIs, microservices, and containers.

You will keep yourself updated with the latest technology trends and architectural styles, suggesting demonstrations of modern digital technologies to cater to business needs. Recognized as a guide in your technology and architecture field, you will guide cloud objectives and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define end-to-end Enterprise and Cloud-based Architecture catering to client needs and requirements.
2. Analyze sophisticated application landscapes, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess potential solutions, impacts, and risks to propose cloud roadmap, solution architecture, and associated TCO.
3. Develop and implement cloud architecture solutions based on AWS; knowledge of AWS, GCP, or IBM Cloud is an added advantage when assigned to work on delivery projects.
4. Analyze client requirements and propose overall application modernization, migrations, and greenfield implementations, implementing those projects as a technical consultant.
5. Experience in implementing and deploying a DevOps-based, end-to-end cloud application.
6. Lead teams for discovery and architecture workshops, influencing client architects and IT personnel.
7. Guide other architects working with you in the team, adapting communications and approaches to conclude technical scope discussions with various partners, resulting in common agreements.
8. Deliver an optimized infrastructure services design demonstrating public, private, and hybrid Cloud architectures and services.
9. Act as a subject matter and implementation guide for the client regarding technical architecture and implementation of proposed solutions using Cloud Services.
10. Implement solutions using AWS Cloud Services, open source, and other third-party technologies.
11. Create and develop process frameworks, documents, SOPs, cookbooks, and automation scripts/tools for Cloud Discovery, Migrations, Application modernization, DevSecOps, and Services transitions to cloud.
12. Experienced in developing Terraform/Powershell/AWS Cloud Formation/Jenkins/Ansible templates.
13. Lead internal and external initiatives to standardize, automate, and develop competitive assets and accelerators.

Technical Experience:

1. Knowledge on creating IaaS and PaaS cloud solutions in AWS Platform that meet customer needs for scalability, reliability, and performance.
2. Experienced in delivering large/medium scale enterprise solutions using Microservices, APIs, Containerization, Kubernetes, App modernization, Cloud IaaS & PaaS.
3. Understanding of WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Virtual Networking, Subnet, Routing, Storage account/management, and Infrastructure as a Service.
4. Experience in creating systems logical views, network diagrams, and able to build automated solutions for server build and resource monitoring.
5. Knowledge and experience in delivering solutions using middleware integration technologies using SOA, ESB, API platforms, and API Security.
6. Experience in design, development, and architecture of Java/JEE/.NET based systems.
7. Ability to assess multiple types of operating systems (AIX, Linux, Windows, etc.) and databases (Postgres, Sybase, MySQL, MS SQL, NoSQL, DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, and MongoDB) to develop transformation approaches and solutions.
8. Worked on Cloud Administration tasks: Creating resource groups, storage accounts, etc.

- TOGAF, ITIL, AWS Solution Architect Associate & Professional, GCP Professional
