Your Role:

As our Client Support Setup Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in:

1. Configuring and optimizing customer service platforms to meet client needs.
2. Enhancing implementation processes to deliver exceptional client service.
3. Creating and maintaining detailed setup tutorials and SOPs.
4. Auditing and optimizing platforms for peak performance.
5. Providing support to Onboarding Specialists with platform-related queries.
6. Reporting on progress and analytics to keep the team informed.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience: 3+ years in Customer Service, with an IT or Computer Science background preferred.
2. Skills: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, strong research and analytical skills, and excellent communication.
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, etc. is a plus.
4. Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-starter with high energy and motivational skills.

Technical Requirements:

Personal PC or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for upload & download speed.
