Civil & Structure Senior Engineer

Contract/Temp

• Prepare and complete reports, designs, and drawings (with the ability to lead basic design and check)
• Make calculations about the design of structures (with the ability to lead basic design and check)
• Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction
• Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval
• Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure
• Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers
• Administer contracts and manage projects
• Follow construction safety guidelines
• Take off and manage Bill of Quantity for materials
• Take charge of control design schedule/progress/manpower within the responsible scope of work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of related experience.
• Experience in general civil and structural design, such as paving, foundation, building, and structure detail design
• Responsible for the checker position of at least two completed EPC projects (medium to large scale).
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Software Skills: (1) EXCEL; (2) PowerPoint; (3) WORD; (4) Auto CAD; (5) REVIT; (6) Etabs or SAP 2000 or STAAD Pro
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills, professional manner, consistent, and detail-oriented
