Civil Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze site locations to determine the feasibility of construction projects.
• Develop detailed structured designs using CAD software and resolve any challenges that arise.
• Plan and manage budgets and project resources to ensure that the construction complies with the rules and regulations.
• Provide direction and mentoring to other technical staff and serve as a technical advisor and reviewer for the project team.
• Perform independent technical reviews of engineering reports and designs and sign off on work, including quality control review of design calculations, 3D models, and drawings.

Qualifications:

• Aptitude for computing and design using CAD/drawing and GIS software such as Autocad, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, MapInfo, ArcGIS, Global Mapper.
• Good understanding of construction best practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and construction projects (experience in the mining industry is an advantage).
• Willing to work either in the office or on construction sites.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Sungai Lilin, Musi Banyuasin (South Sumatra).
