Civil Engineering ( English Speaking ) - Construction

Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.

Carry out Civil and Structural engineering model, analysis and design works.

Prepare Civil and Structural engineering drawings for tender submission and construction.

To supervise and control sub-contractors' activities at site & ensure all sub-contractor works and suppliers’ products are carried as per drawing and specifications.

Carry out bill of quantity for Civil and Structural engineering works.

Prepare Bill of Quantities, Conditions of Contract, Letter of Award, work specifications, and work programmes for Civil and Structural engineering works.

Prepare tender comparison table and analysis.

Coordinate, monitor, and supervise the Civil and Structural construction activities to ensure that all work is in accordance with the contractual requirements. Prepare and provide regular site progress reports to management as required.

Assess Civil and Structural engineering construction material quality and report findings to Senior Engineer.

Comply with Company's procedures and policies.

Perform other duties assigned by superior to support company operations and objectives.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction projects such as buildings, roads, etc.

Fluent in English (oral and written), able to speak Chinese is a plus.

Having an SKK (Work Competency Certificate) from BNSP or the Ministry of Manpower is a plus.

Possesses a strong understanding of fundamental civil engineering principles, including materials, structural analysis, and hydraulics.

Understands the principles of project management, including planning, organizing, cost control, and project scheduling.

Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Proficient in civil engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar programs.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work on any project in Indonesia.

Willing to join ASAP.
