CIVIL ENGINEERING

We are hiring for a Civil Engineer.

Act as a project supervisor on capital construction and renovation projects.

Direct and monitor various activities related to design and construction, including the work of architects, contractors, and other consultants.

Make BOQ and RAB.

Review architecture and produce technical drawings.

Monitor projects to ensure compliance with building codes.

Manage the budget for all project-related matters.

Develop budget estimates, prepare calls for tenders, select and review bidders.

Assist in the preparation, solicitation, and review of bids, proposals, and administration of contract documents related to capital construction projects.

Review projects and contracts for compliance and take appropriate action to resolve discrepancies.

Act as a liaison agent with construction management firms; supervise their performance and coordinate their services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.

Three to five years of professional experience as a project supervisor.

Experience supervising construction projects, including supervision or primary responsibility and administration/monitoring of construction contracts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good writing skills and organizational skills.

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Autocad, Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

English and Indonesian required.
