Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Master’s degree or additional certifications in structural engineering or project management is advantageous.
Min. 15 years of experience in oil & gas projects, with specific 10 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in offshore or deepwater projects.
Proven track record in designing and managing civil infrastructure for large-scale projects, including foundations, roads, bridges, and offshore platforms.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing complex construction projects from design through to execution and commissioning.
Expertise in the design and analysis of civil structures, including foundations, platforms, access roads, and subsea infrastructure.
Proficient in using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D).
Strong skills in managing complex projects, including budget management, scheduling, and risk management.
Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects meet milestones, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
