Civil Engineer

About the role

PT. KIS GREEN TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a range of sustainable infrastructure projects, contributing to our company's mission of creating a greener future.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting site surveys and assessments to gather critical data for project planning and design
• Preparing detailed engineering designs, drawings and specifications for civil and structural systems
• Liaising with contractors, clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitoring construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with plans and regulations
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the construction phase
• Preparing progress reports and maintaining accurate records of project activities
• Providing technical support and mentorship to junior engineers within the team

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry
• Thorough understanding of building codes, construction methods and project management principles
• Proficient in the use of CAD software, structural analysis tools and project management software
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship
• Willing to work at site full time
• Fluent in English (Both writing & speaking)
