Operational Management: Oversee cinema operations, including ticketing, concessions, auditorium management, and customer service.
Team Leadership: Supervise and support staff, providing training and coaching to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that customers receive a high-quality cinema experience by resolving complaints and addressing concerns efficiently.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Support sales initiatives, upselling promotions, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures.
Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that cinema facilities, screens, sound systems, and equipment are in excellent working condition. Report maintenance issues promptly.
Health & Safety Compliance: Implement company safety and security policies to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.
Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor concession stock levels and coordinate with the supply team to prevent shortages.
Event & Special Screening Coordination: Assist in managing special screenings, premieres, or private events to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in Quick Service Restaurant, Hotel, or Retail Industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
