Job Responsibility

Job Description

1. Ensure fast and efficient service by proper staff scheduling
2. Attend to customer complaints and enquiries
3. Ensure crew provides customers with the required information and assistance
4. Cross check and approve the duty roster and monitor the attendance
5. Ensure proper cash handling
6. Ensure and maintain food quality and hygiene
7. Ensure and maintain all facilities and cleanliness are adhered to Company’s standard
8. Ensure all safety precautions according to laws and regulations
9. Ensure Standard Operating Procedure and PAT card scripts are followed
10. Maintain work discipline and report any staff misconduct to Manager on Duty
11. Attend and conduct pre-investigation on staff misconduct
12. Assist in briefing, training and coaching new and existing crew
13. Assist in reporting and documentation
14. Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Good interpersonal skills and team player; able to multitask and work under pressure
4. Customer service oriented with pleasant personality and able to interact well with all levels
5. Ability to work in fast paced environment
6. Computer literate and good in Microsoft Office
7. Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
8. Experience in the service industry would be an added advantage
9. Possess own transportation and willing to travel when necessary
