Chief Steward

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Chief Steward to oversee the kitchen sanitation and dishwashing team. The ideal candidate will ensure the kitchen's cleanliness and organization, manage the stewarding team, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the stewarding team to maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
• Ensure the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and cleaning materials.
• Trained and coached stewarding staff on hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the proper disposal of waste and recycling.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief Steward or similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• The domicile must be in Bali.
