is a high-level executive responsible for managing and maintaining an organisation’s physical and digital security. As the head of the security function, the Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for establishing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the company's infrastructure, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive security framework to protect the company's assets and infrastructure.
2. Designing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a secure environment.
3. Investigating and monitoring incident response activities, including investigations, root cause analysis, and developing corrective actions.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks, identify vulnerabilities, and devise preventive measures.
5. Identifying security vulnerabilities and eliminating them with strategic solutions that increase data safety.
6. Directing the installation and use of security tools and monitoring for irregular activity.
7. Establishing disaster recovery procedures and conducting breach of security drills.

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, TNI, or related field.
2. Knowledge of security frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
3. Familiarity with risk management practices and security auditing processes.
4. Demonstrated skills to apply security principles effectively and make informed decisions to protect organisational assets.
5. Experience in managing security operations centres (SOCs) or working with managed security service providers (MSSPs).
6. Proven experience as a Chief Security Officer or similar leadership role.
7. Knowledge of data privacy laws, data protection regulations, and risk management.
8. Experience with cybersecurity software and hardware solutions.
9. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
10. Strong communication skills to effectively inform and educate the team on security protocols.
