Job Description

• Supervise the day-to-day security force to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and hotel property.
• Design, implement, and train employees on managing preventive security programs.
• Be fully conversant with current local laws and regulations as they relate to the hotel, particularly in the area of guests, patrons, and employees’ rights.
• Conduct all criminal investigations, prepare investigation papers/documents, and report cases in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities, and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Certificates in Fire Safety Management, CPR, and First Aid Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with Gada Utama Certificate.
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Following country legislation, the vacancy is exclusively for Indonesian nationals.
