Company Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chief Marketing Officer to oversee the development of an exciting new venue in Kuta, Bali, adjacent to Waterbom Bali. This role will orchestrate various project elements, ensuring that the venue successfully integrates hospitality, F&B, art activations, and immersive light shows. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in the hospitality sector.

Position Overview :

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the marketing strategy and execution for two distinctive hospitality venues, integrating food and beverage services, museum exhibitions, light shows, and art experiences. The CMO will develop and implement innovative marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and increase revenue

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the business goals of the venues.
  2. Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market analysis and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  4. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
  5. Content Creation: Oversee content development for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
  6. Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to enhance brand presence.
  7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  8. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including traditional media, digital, and experiential marketing.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  10. Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using KPIs and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible marketing leadership experience, ideally in a senior marketing or executive role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hospitality, cultural, and entertainment industries. Experience in managing marketing strategies for food and beverage, experiential events, or hospitality venues is preferred.
  • Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, branding, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze marketing data, and measure ROI on campaigns.
