Job Description
Financial Statutory & Regulatory Reporting and Compliance:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to financial reporting and disclosure.
Take the lead in managing OJK and other regulatory body audits, represent the organisation on all finance matters.
Represent the company in directorship capacity as necessary.
Risk Management and Internal Controls
Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Monitor and assess financial risks, operational risk, and liquidity risk, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks effectively.
Financial Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including new product development, strategic partnerships, to drive business expansion and diversification.
Work with business team to develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies that align with the company's objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Oversee financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Funding, Capital Management and Treasury Operations:
Manage the company's capital structure and liquidity position to optimize financial performance and support business growth initiatives.
Oversee treasury operations including cash management to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational requirements.
Oversight of the Funding team's activities, including funding operations and relationship management with funding partners and stakeholders.
Leadership and Team Development:
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, train, and develop finance professionals, ensuring the team has the skills and expertise necessary to support the company's objectives; put in place training and development program
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience (>15 years) in a senior finance role, preferably as CFO or Finance Director, within the financial services industry, with a focus on Mult finance or banking.
In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with a strong understanding of Indonesian financial markets and regulatory environment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations, driving informed decision-making and business performance.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate and reliable financial reports and analysis.
Proven track record of managing complex financial projects and initiatives, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in financial modelling, analysis tools, and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
