Job Purpose
The BU Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) is empowered to drive the end-to-end digitization strategy and plan, driving business outcomes as well as strong resilient service delivery for the business unit. The role promotes cross-domain products collaboration and leverage of Power of One initiatives, but also supports a differentiation when it is required to meet the BG-BU strategy. The role proposes, aligns and oversees the end-to-end priorities and plan for UniOps for the business unit, in alignment with the Business Group CDIO strategy and aligns with leadership on OKRs, cost and value measures. In line with the ambition of digitization, the role is accountable for identifying and landing opportunities for AI and automation into the business, driving productivity as well as growth. The CDIO is accountable for delivery of that plan across products, including leading adoption and change, advocating for user centricity. Additionally, the role ensures efficient budget management, cost transparency and effective talent development within the CDIO organization.
