About The Role

As a Channel Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in analyzing all available data for the business to utilize in deciding their next steps. Working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, where the latest cutting-edge software technologies are at your disposal, you’ll dig data and combine it with local business insights to understand the problems and pain points of our channel business participants, and then proposing solutions to alleviate those problems. Your work will also provide the necessary data and insights for our local teams to further their experimentations and better optimize their products and services to regional preferences and needs.


What You Will Do

  • Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business challenges.
  • Translate ambiguous problem statements into well-defined analytical questions and hypotheses.
  • Independently design and implement analytical frameworks to address business needs and drive improvements.
  • Implement scalable monitoring solutions that require very minimum manual intervention while ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

What This Role Needs

  • Ability to independently select and implement the correct statistical test to answer business questions.
  • Solid experience in handling analytical tasks using SQL, including both DDL and DML.
  • Experienced with job scheduler tools like Airflow or DBT.
  • Ability to code for data analysis in Python, R, or similar languages is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills to balance the statistical & long-term strategies and tactical needs from the regional team in achieving the targets.
  • Superb business sense to transform an ambiguous business or product problem into a well-scoped and impactful analysis.
