Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)

Full time

  • Has a minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university. IT, Marketing, Management, Communication, or other Marketing-related major preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field. IT company background is preferred.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in channel marketing, e-commerce, and event management is typically required. This could include experience in retail, online sales, or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of channel marketing strategies, including managing distribution channels, partner relationships, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • A creative mindset to develop innovative channel marketing strategies, unique event concepts, and engaging promotional campaigns that differentiate the brand and attract target audiences.
  • Proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing both offline and online events, such as product launches, exhibitions, seminars, and online conferences.
  • Ability to coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, promotional materials, and attendee engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate the success of channel marketing campaigns, e-commerce performance, and event outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth execution of marketing and event plans.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, proactive, team player, patient, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to learn about the company’s product and a fast learner.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.
  • Good health condition and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize marketing activities with partners and customers to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Handle special projects or programs related to Marketing.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing events/projects/programs.
  • Be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring all aspects related to events (online/offline).
  • Maintain strategic relationships with existing partners.
  • Monitor and manage the online store on the e-commerce platform.
  • Act as the contact window for sales/partners regarding support proposals or any activities related to dealers/stores.
  • Represent the company during presentations at offline/online events (if needed).
