Job Description

1. Develop and implement strategic channel programs to maximize sales and market share through distributors network.
2. Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners, including terms and conditions, pricing, and incentives.
3. Build strong relationships with distributors, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner.
4. Accompany distributor on frequent customer visits to ensure successful project implementation and identify any necessary support.
5. Manage and monitor distributor performance, providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure they achieve their sales goals.
6. Conduct regular training sessions for distributors on company products and solutions.
7. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities for distributors.
8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to distributors.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimal 5 years of experience in a channel management/sales/marketing role in capital medical devices, not consumables.
3. Experience in handling distributor.
4. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective channel management.
5. Strong understanding of the medical device industry and distribution landscape in Indonesia.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
