Job Description
Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments
Coordinate and prepare all necessary materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Provide general administrative support to the executive team and other departments as needed
Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
Coordinate and arrange events, such as meetings, conferences, and receptions
Liaise with external parties, including clients, vendors, and partners
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
