PT Ema inti Mitra, part of Avolta company, is hiring people to join our talented and passionate The Coffee Club and Street Food Market team.

Qualifications

  • Passion for food and have previous experience of working in a professional kitchen.
  • Develops new procedures that can be used in the approach and treatment of customers now and in the future.
  • Translates the interests and wishes of the guests into new concepts and processes that are aimed at adding value for the guests.
  • Is continuously aware of the wishes and problems of the guests and as a result may adapt the Store’s/department’s strategy accordingly.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge and ability to run a section
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Detailed knowledge of customer service procedures
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HMShost policies and procedures as outlined in The Autogrill HMShost Team Handbook and manuals
  • Detailed knowledge of the Kitchen equipment Manual relevant to the role
  • Detailed knowledge of preparation and presentation of all menu items including both food and beverage
  • Detailed knowledge of Autogrill mission statement and core values
  • Knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations
  • Knowledge of how to use cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to produce good quality food in all sections
  • Good oral communication

  • To be able to work with little or no supervision
  • To be able to follow directions and work as part of a team to achieve targets and goals
  • To be able to communicate effectively with fellow staff, customers and management
  • To be able to provide consistent, friendly and efficient service to all customers

  • To be able to operate, maintain and clean all equipment relevant to the role
  • To be able to maintain store presentation, hygiene and product quality through following daily and weekly procedures and schedules (i.e. cleaning schedules).

  • Happily and diligently adheres to Autogrill HMShost dress code at all times
  • Provide positive, constructive feedback for fellow staff, Duty Manager/s, Store Manager and Management team.
