Category Manager

1. Plan category plans for assigned categories, to achieve category GMV and profitability target
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and suppliers, ensuring high supplier satisfaction and strong support levels
3. Able to negotiate business terms with suppliers, including commission rate, pricing competitiveness, campaign support, and strategic collaboration
4. Plan calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing and new brands to retain/expand existing business relationships with key decision-makers
5. Lead team of account managers to ensure streamlined operations, project management, and meet the requirements of service level agreements
6. Analyze and monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
7. Identify and approach potential key brands that are beneficial to assigned categories
8. Collaborate with internal teams to drive changes (Demand team, Operations, Logistic, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Product/Tech, and Data team)

1. Willing to be located in Bandung
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3. Experience: 4-5 years of experience in category management, merchandising or relevant roles within an e-commerce or retail environment
4. Proven track record of successful partnership/sales and revenue growth
5. Strong analytical, problem solving, and data-driven mindset
6. Mentally strong, taking up challenges and growth of the organization
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
8. Able to set priorities and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
9. Willing to travel for offline meetings/events
