Role

This role will be responsible for producing high-quality products on time effectively by operating production machines. The machine is from ‘capsule making process’ to ‘sorting & packing process’, ‘ethanol refinery process’ and ‘Utilities’.

Job Description

1. Check Work Order in MES
2. Check & ensure the readiness of materials and machines based on the product production schedule
3. Check & ensure the machine is running based on setting parameters
4. Do machine operation and monitor the production process based on standards
5. Carry out Self Quality Inspection
6. Carry out machine cleaning at everyday production finishing time or product change
7. Remove wastes and process rejects from the machine
8. Implement 5S in the work area (sort, set in order, shine, cleaning, standardize, sustain)

Requirement

1. High School (SMK) of Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
2. Basic knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems/tools/quality management/data analysis
3. Familiar with ERP, MES, WMS, LIMS (QC) System, and basic safety knowledge
4. Ability to operate various machines
5. Work in an air-conditioned production area
6. ※ Ethanol refinery process operator works in an air-conditioned control room and outside field (50% room, 50% field)
7. Working time is 2 shifts or 3 shifts or 3 shifts/4 rounds
8. Works 8 hours a day (Actual start and end times may vary depending on shift operation plan.)
9. Work in a workplace with a variety of scents
