Campaign Management & Warranty Report

Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia (DCVI) - South Jakarta

QUALIFICATION

• Have educational background in Management or Engineering
• Computer skill particularly in MS Office (Word in intermediate level, Excel, Outlook in intermediate level, Etc.)
• Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
• Min. 3 years related working experience in automotive industries
• Familiar with workshop process activity in after sales automotive industries
• Excellent analytical skills to manage start to end about service campaign topic
• Experience in data entry processing and reporting
• Good communication with others party
• Familiar with Daimler Truck Xentry System i.e., EVA, INTAKT, VEGA, VeDoc, and AQUA or similar warranty system process.
• Basic knowledge of ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, SMK3 Eco Industry

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Service campaign management for all Business Unit (Truck and Bus)
• Service campaign claim decision on system for all Business Unit (Truck and Bus)
• Overall preparation and monitoring parts for service campaign
• Travel plan validation and claim process for warranty/campaign topics
• Maintain data base vehicles (wholesales, vehicles registration, PDI data)
• Warranty & goodwill budget performance report including free service & campaign cost
• Validate & process payment reimbursement process from dealer
• Compliance to Daimler Truck code of conduct, policies and guideline
