Job description

We are launching a café in partnership with Bali Street Mums, an NGO supporting underprivileged people.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests.
  2. Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
  3. Prepare and serve beverages and light meals according to established standards.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.
  5. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and monitoring supplies.
  6. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  4. A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
  5. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
