Business Development Specialist – Pluit Jakarta Utara
Job Description:
Develop and Implement business development strategies to drive company growth, focusing on expanding market presence and identifying new revenue opportunities in the logistics sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead negotiations for high value contracts, manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue target through effective deal closure and partnership opportunities.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, B2B, sales and supply chain management. Familiarity with regional and international logistics markets is a plus.
Proven ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies to achieve business objectives.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and close high-value deals effectively.
