Business Relation (Yogyakarta)

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a good relationship with property owners and hotel/property staff.
2. Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards.
3. Manage a portfolio of 30-40 properties.
4. Build and manage relationships with key partners and properties.
5. Liaise with internal departments to effectively manage properties.
6. Analyze business performance and coordinate with property owners on long-term goals.
7. Develop new initiatives to maximize growth and meet customer needs.
8. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
9. Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. 2+ years in property or hospitality management.
3. Strong communication and analytical skills.
4. Able to multitask and travel as needed.
